Job summary

ContactX Resource Management Pvt Ltd in Pune is seeking a Manager Control Engineering with extensive hands-on experience in HVAC/Chiller Automation, BMS, PLC/DDC control and system integration.

You will lead design, development and commissioning of control sequences for AHU, FCU, chillers and VFDs, mentor engineers, ensure reliable operations through FAT/SAT and site handover, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Control Engineering, HVAC Automation, or Building Automation.
• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• Strong expertise in HVAC/Chiller Automation, BMS, PLC/DDC Programming, and Control Logic Development.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Carel, Climatix, or similar PLC/DDC platforms.
• Proficiency in Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text (ST).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development, BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and LonWorks protocols.
• Knowledge of AHU, FCU, Screw, Centrifugal & Scroll Chillers, VFD integration, FAT, SAT, Commissioning, and Chiller Plant Management (CPM).
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and customer interaction skills.
