Flakt India is seeking an experienced Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation professional to lead controls engineering for Data Centre and HVAC equipment including AHU, FAHU, PAHU, CRAH, CRAC, FCU, FWU and related cooling solutions. You should have strong expertise in PLC, DDC, BMS integration, control panel design, instrumentation, commissioning, and HVAC automation.

The role covers design, development of control logic, hardware selection and cross-functional coordination to ensure reliable

Qualifications

• Experience in controls engineering for data centre or HVAC systems.
• Strong expertise in PLC, DDC and BMS integration.
• Exposure to FAT, commissioning and commissioning troubleshooting for HVAC controls.

Responsabilités

• Design and review electrical and control systems for HVAC equipment.
• Develop PLC/DDC logic, control philosophy and sequence of operations.
• Select and integrate sensors, actuators, VFDs, controllers and field devices.
• BMS/DCIM integration through BACnet, Modbus and other protocols.
• Support FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting and customer technical discussions.
• Drive product standardization, value engineering and new product development.
• Coordinate with mechanical, manufacturing, quality and project teams.

Job Summary

The candidate should have strong expertise in PLC, DDC, BMS integration, control panel design, instrumentation, commissioning, and HVAC automation.
