Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a well-rounded IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead technology projects and Agile teams. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery in alignment with company strategy, upholding PM standards, and collaborating with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

• Project Planning & Delivery: Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocations using both Agile and traditional PM principles.
• Agile Leadership: Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) with clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Communicate progress, roadmaps, and key metrics clearly to business stakeholders.
• Team Enablement: Remove technical blockers, drive delivery accountability, and guide development teams to achieve Product Owner satisfaction.
• Strategy & Integration: Collaborate with ETO Program Managers to document technology roadmaps and unify project milestones into structured Agile boards.
