Cordelia Cruises is seeking a Holiday Cruise Sales Expert to convert inquiries into bookings and upsell premium experiences. You will work with inbound and outbound leads, WhatsApp inquiries, and CRM to tailor cruise packages to customer budgets and preferences.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of B2C sales in luxury travel or hospitality, excellent English and regional language skills, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency with CRM and lead-management tools.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in B2C sales, luxury travel, hospitality, or high-ticket inside sales.
• Cruise industry experience will be a major advantage.
• Excellent English and regional language communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in professional WhatsApp communication.
• Comfortable working with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts or weekends during peak holiday seasons.

Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 Per Month

Hike: Up to 20% on Last CTC

Incentives: Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: - 5 Years

Qualification: Graduates Only

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
