The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and at least 6 months of experience in telesales or inside sales, with strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales conversations.
• Recommend suitable cruise packages, holiday experiences and add-on offerings.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Handle customer queries, overcome objections and drive conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize booking opportunities.
