Years of experience: 5+ Years of experience

• Requirement gathering, designing functional specifications, resolving incidents, delivering change requests within deadlines, collaborating with and managing team performance, contributing to key decisions, facilitating knowledge sharing, and monitoring project progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM)
• Implementation/roll-out experience in SAP QM
• Hands‑on experience with S/4 HANA and Fiori apps
• Exposure to JIRA and SNOW ticketing tools
• Experience with integration of quality management processes within SAP
