No single good thing is found. Only company politics,trauma and insecurity u will get. Company is already sinking due to Sr.Managers dirty politics, upper management should terminate all old staff (HR and Sr.Manager) and hire new employees otherwise if they real wants to grow.

I personally advise to everyone this is very worst company that I have seen. The work culture is very bad, sr. manager in this company is like virus, they will spoil your career & your mental health too. If you really experience hell in your life do one month job here. Please don't go for this company Safepack @Pune. Zero job security , they will fire you without any reason and the toxic environment kills you day by day.
