Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules and work programmes.
• Develop baseline schedules as per project scope and contractual requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
• Define project milestones, activities, and timelines.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
• Compare actual progress against planned progress.
• Prepare resource requirements for manpower, machinery, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with procurement and execution teams for resource availability.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Billing Engineers, Procurement, and Subcontractors.
• Collect progress data from site teams.
• Ensure alignment between planning and actual site execution.
• Participate in project review meetings.
• Follow up on pending activities and project deliverables.
