Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support / BPO process.
• Candidates with Voice, Chat, Email, or Blended process experience can apply.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
• Candidates with more than 4 years of experience are not eligible.
• For B.Tech / B.E. graduates, the graduation percentage must be below 60%. Candidates with 60% or above are not eligible.
• EPFO verification is mandatory.
