Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy, Bengaluru, is hiring for a Customer Support Specialist in non-voice/technical support domains with banking/healthcare BPO exposure. You will handle queries via calls, chat, and email, providing timely resolutions.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in customer support, excellent communication, and a graduate/UG candidate. Night/rotational shifts, 5 days/week, fixed Sat-Sun off, and pickup/drop facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• 07 years of experience in customer support or related voice/non-voice roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
• BPO / customer service experience preferred.
