Atain is hiring Travel Process Executives in Gurugram to handle travel bookings, queries and ticketing with Amadeus GDS. The role involves inbound/outbound calls, reservations, reissuance, cancellations and refunds, with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Process Executives with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS or not. The ideal candidate should have experience handling travel-related queries, reservations, ticketing, and customer support through voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings and inquiries.
