Job summary

AM Infoweb invites applications for a Case Processing Executive to join our International Voice Process team in Pune. The role involves acting as a mediator between insurers, law firms and medical facilities, and ensuring timely follow-ups on patient reports.

We seek candidates with excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of international voice process experience. WFH is not available; US shifts, weekend off, and Overtime apply. Walk-in interviews at Cerebrum IT Park, Pune.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in international voice process.
• Undergraduates may apply only with relevant experience.
• WFH is not available.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process with no more than a 3 month gap.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mediator between insurance companies' / law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics medical facilities.
• Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes.
• Get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.
