Job summary

Worley invites Civil Engineers and Senior Civil Engineers to join our Baroda office for an on-site hiring drive. You will contribute to onshore oil, gas and petrochemical projects with global codes and standards.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of experience, BE/B.Tech Civil or ME/MTech Structural Eng, and hands-on design with STAAD.Pro, RAM Connection and RAM/STAAD suites. Interviews are by invitation only on Sep 26, 2026.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years experience in conceptual studies, FEED and detailed design.
• Oil and gas industry experience is desirable.
• BE/BTech Civil Engineering or ME/MTech Structural Engineering required.
• Experience with American/Indian/Canadian codes is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international projects in power/ petrochemical sectors.
• Perform RCC/Steel design and analysis of foundations and structures.

The Role

As a Civil Engineer or Senior Civil Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• We are HiringCivil Engineers across multiple levelsto support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required.
• These roles are based inBaroda, with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.
• This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled forSaturday, 26 Sep 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conductedonly for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitationfrom our Talent Acquisition team.
• Roles will be offered at Engineer / Senior Engineer , depending on experience and skills.
• Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions.

The Role of Engineer / Senior Engineer : 8-12 Years experience.

Responsibilities

• Should have
  • Good experience of leading Domestic & International Projects in the domain of Combined Cycle and Coal based Power Plant, Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Petrochemicals projects
  • Hands on experience of working on software like STAAD.Pro, MAT3D, RAM Connection etc.
  • Performed RCC / Steel Design and analysis of Foundations and Structures of Boiler and Turbine area, Balance of Plant area, Non Plant Buildings, Switchyard and Substations, Coal and Ash Handling facilities (Optional), Piperack, Tech Structure, Substation/Control Room Building, Compressor shelters , Warehouse Sheds, Equipment Foundations like ( Tanks, Heat Exchangers , Horizontal/Vertical Vessels, Pumps), STG/GTG foundation, Transformer Foundation, Cooling Tower etc.
  • Worked on project using American Codes , Indian codes, Canadian Codes etc.
  • Have good communication skills in English( Written & Verbal ).
  • Edu. Qualification : M.E ( Structural Engg) / B.E Civil Engineering
• Should Have

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

BE /B.Tech Civil Engineering or ME /M.Tech Structural Engineering.

• 5-12 years’ experience, involved in conceptual studies, FEED and detailed design.

5 years Oil and Gas Industry experience.
