Job summary

Worley is seeking a Civil Engineer Level II in Bengaluru to deliver civil and structural design and analysis for greenfield and brownfield oil & gas projects. You will prepare calculations and drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Civil/Structural engineering, hands-on STAAD.Pro and MAT3D experience, and a strong knowledge of design codes. EPC/EPCM project experience is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Civil & Structural Engineering experience.
• Proven experience on Oil & Gas projects (EPC/EPCM).
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and MAT3D or equivalent.
• Knowledge of dynamic foundations design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of design codes and good engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

The Role

As a Civil Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• Execute civil and structural engineering design and analysis for greenfield and brownfield projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with international design codes such as AISC, ACI, IS, Eurocodes, or equivalent standards.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, design reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Perform structural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures using applicable codes and standards.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in executing civil and structural engineering activities for Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM projects.
• Hands-on experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and MAT3D (or equivalent structural analysis software).
• Experience in the design and analysis of dynamic foundations.
• Good understanding of structural design codes and engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams.
