Job summary

Worley is hiring Civil Designers at multiple levels for Baroda (Vadodara) location. Interviews are by invitation only for pre-screened candidates. Roles may be permanent or fixed-term contracts, aligned to experience and skill set.

Candidates with experience in onshore and upstream/downstream projects, including power, oil & gas, and petrochemicals, are encouraged to apply and join a global energy, chemicals and resources leader in India.

The Role

As a Civil Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• We are HiringCivil Designers across multiple levelsto support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required.
• These roles are based inBaroda, with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.
• This recruitment is part of aninvite‑only hiring drivescheduled forSaturday, 26 Sep 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conductedonly for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitationfrom our Talent Acquisition team.
• Roles will be offered at Designer / Senior Designer , depending on experience and skills.
• Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions.

Responsibilities

Should Have

• Good experience of leading team of Designers on Domestic & International Projects in the domain of Combined Cycle and Coal based Power Plant, Oil & Gas/ Chemical/ Petrochemicals.
• Hands on experience of working on 3D modelling software like E3D, S3D, Tekla and 2D software like Autocad, Microstation etc. Also have experience of 3D Model Clash Resolution, Fabrication Drawing Review etc.
• Worked in Preparation of 3D model , steel & Foundation Drawing of preparation of Foundations and Structures of Boiler and Turbine area, Balance of Plant area, Switchyard and Substations, Non Plant Buildings, Coal and Ash Handling facilities (Optional),Piperack, Tech Structure, Substation/Control Room Building, Compressor shelters , Warehouse Sheds, Equipment Foundations like ( Tanks, Heat Exchangers , Horizontal/Vertical Vessels, Pumps), STG/GTG foundation, Transformer Foundation, Cooling Tower,
• Worked on International projects ( i.e projects located in America , Canada, Middle East ) andIndian Projects etc.
• Good communication skills in English( Written & Verbal )

Should Have

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Minimum 6+ years’ experience in Structural & Concrete drawing preparation for Onshore / Refinery /Power projects.

• A recognized ITI / Diploma in the relevant discipline or equivalent.
