Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank in Bengaluru invites applications for a Collections Executive to drive target-based recoveries. The role covers biometric and smart card collections, cross-sell collections, and ensuring timely, accurate processing of delinquencies.

The incumbent will support customer queries, adhere to standard collection processes, minimize PAR accounts, and coordinate with agencies and legal teams for recoveries, guided by SARFAESI Act provisions.

Responsibilities

• Collections as per targets defined, including biometric, smart card collections and cross-sell product collections.
• Provide the required customer support for timely and accurate collections.
• Adhere to collections processes and ensure zero OD (overdues).
• Responsible for managing the collections portfolio, maintaining/minimizing PAR accounts, and conducting periodic reviews.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and legal teams for recoveries; knowledge of SARFAESI Act.
