SS&C GIDS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with mobile app delivery experience to lead the BA function for our digital mobile applications in Hyderabad. You will partner with product owners, engineering, design and stakeholders to manage complex requirements end-to-end.

The role focuses on mobile program delivery across iOS and Android, including API integration, data-driven prioritization, UAT coordination and ensuring security and accessibility considerations are built in from the start.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience delivering complex digital or mobile initiatives.
• Leading BA work on mobile programs across iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of mobile privacy, security and accessibility considerations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence and Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex mobile initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps for mobile design, development and testing.
• Define mobile requirements with security, identity, solution architecture and engineering teams.
• Shape and review API integration requirements between mobile apps and back-end services.
• Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutions and inform decisions with data and feasibility.
• Support test planning, defect triage and UAT coordination for major mobile releases.
• Use mobile data and analytics to inform prioritisation and measure release impact.
• Understand and meet compliance obligations and raise risk concerns to management.

What You Will Get to Do:

The Senior Business Analyst Digital Mobile Application is a senior individual contributor who leads business analysis across our mobile app delivery. Partnering with product owners, engineering, design and business stakeholders, this role owns complex requirements end-to-end and uplifts BA practice across the mobile team.

• Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex mobile initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps that guide mobile design, development and testing
• Define mobile requirements in partnership with security, identity, solution architecture and engineering teams.
• Shape and review API integration requirements between mobile apps and back-end services, ensuring contracts align with business and user needs.
• Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutions, challenge scope, and ensure decisions are informed by data, user insight and technical feasibility
• Support test planning, defect triage and UAT coordination for major mobile releases
• Use mobile data and analytics (usage, funnel, crash, performance) to inform prioritisation and measure release impact
• Understand and meet the compliance obligations of the role, and raise any risk or compliance concerns to management

What You Will Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in business, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record delivering complex digital or mobile initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading BA work on mobile programs across iOS and Android (native and/or cross-platform)
• Working knowledge of mobile privacy, security and accessibility considerations, and how they shape requirements and design
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to a clear solution
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders
• Financial services, wealth, superannuation or digital experience is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and the Microsoft Office suite
