Job summary

DMart in Mumbai seeks an Area Manager - HR to lead recruitment and people operations for multiple store clusters. You will collaborate with the HR team to design staffing strategies, forecast hiring needs, and respond to HR inquiries, while ensuring smooth payroll processes and compliance.

You will also oversee onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement, monitor morale, and conduct exit interviews with corrective actions when needed. 7+ years in HR preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA or Diploma in HR with 7+ years of experience.
