Job summary

Creative Consultancy's client in the Architecture & Interior Design field seeks a creative and experienced Architect to join their team in Madurai. The role focuses on developing design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and interior projects.

You will produce 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related tools, coordinate with clients and site teams, and oversee drawings, documentation, and compliance to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 25 years of relevant architectural experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/3Ds Max (preferred), and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction practices
• Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
