Responsibilities

• Preparing and designing preliminary plans
• Develop design ideas working with team
• Develop design schemes and feasibility studies
• Coordinate with other disciplines
• Learn and understand International Building Codes
• Create presentation books for client presentations.
• Becomes familiar with company’s safety and working protocols
• No site visits required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in US project-related field required
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam
• Possess a strong theoretical and technical knowledge
• Ability to participate and collaborate in team projects.
• Ability to work independently and come up with solutions.
• Ability to think critically and creativity skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
