Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of RTP/S2P (Request to Pay/Source to Pay) experience.
• End-to-end knowledge on Procurement & Accounts payable.
• Good at basic accounting and communication (oral & written).
• Handles vendor email/chat correspondence and understands client needs.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP systems; SAP & Ariba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP processes and procure-to-pay activities.
• Liaise with vendors via email and chat to resolve inquiries.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Support customer service and understand all aspects of assigned work.
