CloserHire is seeking a Hindu-speaking General Manager for India to lead the launch and expansion of a Forex/CFD brand. You will build local teams, forge IB and affiliate partnerships, and drive the commercial strategy from market entry through scale.

This is a remote role with regional ownership across SEA, MENA, and India. The position requires a strong background in business development, leadership, and deep knowledge of the Indian trading market.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Hindi and English required.
• 10+ years in business development with 5+ years in senior leadership in Forex/CFD.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market.
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and operations.
• Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates preferred.
• CRM/lead-conversion and CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models experience.
• Strategic leadership with P&L management.

What we're looking for
