Job summary

Pkrecruiting is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader in India to scale commercial teams, expand partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the Forex/CFD space.

You will leverage an established network of Indian IBs and affiliates, oversee CRM-driven lead conversion, and manage P&L across business operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Development.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market.
• Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations.
• Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates (strongly preferred).
• Experience with CRM, lead conversion, CPA/RevShare/Hybrid partnership models.
• Strategic leadership and P&L management experience.
