Qualifications

• Experience in gear industry heat treatment processes.
• Knowledge of carburizing, carbonitriding, gas nitriding and SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production/process records and shift reports.
• Identify process deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure safety, 5S, Poka-Yoke and IATF 16949 compliance.
• Knowledge of Poka-Yoke is preferred.
