• Source top talent for US healthcare clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the client's requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or related field (US Staffing).
• Strong understanding of US healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
