• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/database.
• Build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Negotiate pay rates and obtain candidate confirmations (RTR).
• Ensure compliance with licenses, certifications, and background checks.

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring targets
