Job summary

Watch Your Health is seeking a proactive Healthcare Executive (Malayalam speaking) for our Thane office. You will be the first contact for clients, handling queries, providing accurate information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is a post-sales support role within the Diabetes Helpline Team. The role requires 1–3 years in customer support, strong communication, and Malayalam fluency, with a 9:30 AM–6:30 PM schedule and a 25,000–30,000 INR

Qualifications

• Qualification as listed: BSc/BHSc/Dietician/Nutritionist or science background.
• 1–3 years in customer support / help desk / client servicing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat queries.
• Assist customers with service-related queries, appointment scheduling, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, and program offerings.
• Resolve or escalate issues with coordination across teams.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Follow up with clients to ensure queries are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company processes, service standards, and turnaround times (TATs).

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Healthcare Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will assist users with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience while coordinating with internal teams.

You will be part of the Diabetes Helpline Team, providing post-sales support and services for patients having CGM devices.
