Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Health Operations New Associate to support healthcare domain processes, including enrollment queries, documentation, and lifecycle submissions across global applications.

You will be part of the Healthcare Management team handling outpatient clinics, hospitals and related services, with responsibilities spanning enrollment, documentation, and regulatory filings. Rotation shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream.
• 0-1 year of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Working on transaction queries received through email or applications on enrollment requests in Healthcare Domain, interpreting the query, enrolling and responding with the solution and providing details of queries asked.
• Part of the Healthcare Management team responsible for the administration of hospitals outpatient clinics hospices and other healthcare facilities; includes day to day operations, budgeting, policies and quality assurance.
• Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications.
• Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original filings and Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.
• Role may require working in rotational shifts.

What would you do?

• Working on transaction queries received through email or through applications on enrollment requests in Healthcare Domain, interpreting the query, enrolling and responding with the solution and providing details of queries asked.
• You will be a part of the Healthcare Management team which is responsible for the administration of hospitals outpatient clinics hospices and other healthcare facilities This includes day to day operations department activities medical and health services budgeting and rating research and education policies and procedures quality assurance patient services and public relations
• Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications.
• Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc. What are we looking for?
