Job summary

Sreeramagiri Management Services in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior professional to lead tendering and estimation for multistorey building projects. You will oversee bid/no-bid decisions, NIT reviews, BOQ and rate analysis, cost estimation and pricing, e-tenders, and subcontractor negotiations.

The role requires BE/B.Tech in Civil with 15-20 years overall experience and at least 8+ years in tendering/estimation, plus 5+ years in team leadership; familiarity with FIDIC/CPWD, Primavera, and

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 15-20 years total experience in civil construction.
• 8+ years tendering/estimation in multistorey buildings.
• 5+ years team leadership experience.
• Experience with BOQ, rate analysis, tendering, FIDIC/CPWD.
• Proficiency with Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering and estimation for projects, including bid/no-bid decisions.
• Review NITs, perform BOQ and rate analysis, cost estimation and pricing.
• Manage e-tenders, subcontractor negotiations, contract review, and JCE handover.
• Provide team leadership and MIS reporting to senior management.
