• Oversee legal-technical due diligence and monitoring for builder projects and Approved Project Financial (APF) statuses.
• Conduct sample audits of high-value or stressed asset valuations to limit risk exposure and marketability drop-offs.
• Partner with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Collections heads to streamline turnaround times (TAT).
