Position Overview

Supply Chain Lead will drive end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations—spanning sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless material availability, cost optimization, and compliance. Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE) and/or MBA in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
• Experience: 15–20 years in end-to-end supply chain leadership within manufacturing, covering strategic sourcing, vendor development, inventory planning, logistics, EXIM, and SAP/ERP systems.
• Leadership & Skills: Proven track record in transformation, strategic thinking, cross-functional stakeholder management, and building high-performing teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil.
