Job summary

Sansera Engineering Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive – Supply Chain to support interplant material movement, PPC, stores, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure timely material flow in line with production needs.

The role requires BE/B.Tech or MBA in SCM, 1–2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP. You will monitor material movement, maintain data accuracy, and generate regular MIS reports.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, PPC, Stores or Logistics.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Automotive is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interplant movement and ensure timely transfer of materials between plants.
• Coordinate with PPC and Production teams for material availability.
• Coordinate with Stores for receipt, issue, stock and interplant transfers.
• Coordinate with logistics vendors for planning, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor material movement and MIS reporting.
• Support continuous improvement in material flow and supply chain operations.

• Prime Function

To support and coordinate interplant material movement, PPC, Stores, Logistics, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain data activities to ensure timely and efficient flow of materials in line with production requirements.

• Job Description / Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate interplant movement and ensure timely transfer of materials between plants.
• Coordinate with PPC and Production teams to ensure material availability as per production requirements.
• Coordinate with Stores for material receipt, issue, stock availability, and interplant transfers.
• Coordinate with logistics vendors for vehicle planning, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely material supply and movement.
• Monitor material movement, pending supplies, dispatches, and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Stores, and Logistics teams for timely resolution of material-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, logistics, and supply chain operations.

• Follow up with concerned stakeholders to ensure timely closure of operational issues.

• Job Specification / Competency

Educational Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech or MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, PPC, Stores, or Logistics.
• Experience in Manufacturing / Automotive industry will be preferred.
• Exposure to interplant coordination, PPC, Stores & Logistics activities.
• Experience in logistics and vendor coordination.
• Good knowledge of supply chain data management and MIS reporting.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
• Good understanding of material movement and supply chain processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
