• Experience leading civil execution for utility‑scale solar projects of 100 MW or higher.
• Exposure to Solar EPC Projects, Piling & MMS Installation, Geotechnical Investigation, Site Infrastructure Development, Switchyard Civil Works, Roads & Drainage, Contractor Management, Project Planning & Execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end civil construction activities for large-scale solar projects.
• Coordinate with land acquisition, procurement, electrical, and project management teams.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site resources.
• Handle project budgeting, cost optimization, vendor billing, invoice certification, and material reconciliation.
• Review daily progress, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering professional to lead civil construction activities for utility-scale solar projects. The role will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, safety, contractor management, and timely completion of project milestones across multiple construction work fronts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end civil construction activities for large-scale solar projects.
• Manage land boundary finalization, topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, pull-out and lateral load tests.
• Oversee piling, MMS structure installation, equipment foundations, MCR, ICR, switchyard, roads, drainage, and site development works.
• Ensure project execution as per approved schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with land acquisition, procurement, electrical, and project management teams.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site resources.
• Handle project budgeting, cost optimization, vendor billing, invoice certification, and material reconciliation.
• Review daily progress, identify project risks, and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in Solar EPC project construction.
• Experience leading civil execution for utility-scale solar projects of 100 MW or higher.
