Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks a Factory Operations Head to oversee end-to-end manufacturing plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS, in Surat. You will collaborate with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and manage plant budgets.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in formulation manufacturing and holds B.Pharm/M.Pharm or B.E. in Mechanical/Chemical with relevant PG degree. This role requires strong leadership and multi-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Pharma in Any Specialization, B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical
• PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Microbiology

Responsibilities
