Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks a senior leader to direct and oversee the manufacturing plant operations in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will manage production, engineering, maintenance and supply chain while coordinating with QA, QC, HR and regulatory teams to resolve bottlenecks and control budgets.

The role requires extensive experience in formulation manufacturing and strong cross-functional collaboration. Prior leadership of large plant operations is essential.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm or B.Tech/B.E. in mechanical or chemical engineering required.
• MS/M.Sc in Microbiology considered for PG qualification.
• 15+ years of formulation manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing plant operations including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and budget issues.
