Atharv Consultants in Kolkata invites an experienced Factory Operation Head to oversee manufacturing plant operations across production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS.

The role requires a background in pharma or engineering with 15+ years of formulation manufacturing experience, and close collaboration with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. (Mechanical or Chemical) required.
• 15+ years of experience in a formulation manufacturing company.
• Experience in overseeing production, maintenance, SCM & EHS operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations including production, engineering and maintenance.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks.
• Plan budgets and drive manufacturing excellence and compliance.
