Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking an experienced head of manufacturing to oversee end-to-end plant operations in a formulation manufacturing setup in Lucknow. You will drive production, engineering and maintenance while coordinating SCM and EHS to ensure seamless performance.

Collaborate with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory teams to resolve bottlenecks, optimize budgets and ensure compliance. A strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering with pharma experience is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Formulation Mfg. Co.
• Qualifications include B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E./B.Tech
• UG levels: Mechanical/Chemical/B.Pharm; PG in Microbiology

Responsibilities

• Direct & oversee overall manufacturing plant operations including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM & EHS.
