Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking a Factory Head to lead and oversee all manufacturing plant operations in a large formulation manufacturing environment. The role requires close collaboration with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and manage plant budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in formulation manufacturing, with degrees in Mechanical/Chemical engineering or Pharmacy and related post-graduate qualifications.

Qualifications

• Qualification - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. (Mechanical or Chemical)
• Experience - 15+ Years in Formulation Mfg. Co.

Responsibilities

• Direct & oversee overall manufacturing plant operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM & EHS.
