Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks a Factory Head to lead the entire manufacturing plant, including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS in Kolkata. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination with QA, QC, HR, and Regulatory Affairs to remove bottlenecks and optimize budgets.

Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in formulation manufacturing and hold B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.E. (Mechanical or Chemical) with UG/PG qualifications as listed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in formulation manufacturing.
• B.Pharm/M.Pharm or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee overall manufacturing plant operations including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM & EHS.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and manage budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and manufacturing efficiency.
