Job summary

Atharv Consultants is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee all aspects of a manufacturing plant, including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS. The role requires coordinating with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth production cycles.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of Formulation Mfg. experience and holds B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.E./B.Tech with relevant expertise in mechanical or chemical domains.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Formulation manufacturing.
• Experience in production, engineering, maintenance, SCM and EHS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing plant operations including production, engineering, maintenance, SCM & EHS.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, HR and Regulatory Affairs to resolve bottlenecks and manage plant budgets.

M.Pharm/MS/M.Sc. (Microbiology)
