Job summary

Anahata Executive Search is seeking a highly experienced PhD in Organic Chemistry to lead and direct R&D operations from concept to commercialization in dye, pigments, FMCG and specialty chemicals. You will drive analytical development, synthesis, and new product development in a senior capacity.

Key tasks include designing scalable synthetic routes, spectral elucidation, establishing SHE standards, and managing safety/compliance policies while developing new technology platforms.

Qualifications

• PhD in Organic Chemistry with extensive R&D track record.
• Experience in analytical development and synthesis.
• Experience in development of new products in chemicals.

Responsibilities
