Job summary

Pukhraj Organic Jalandhar is seeking an experienced R&D leader to drive development and improvement of Ayurvedic, herbal and healthcare products.

You will develop new formulations, conduct trials, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Regulatory teams, and maintain thorough documentation. Ideal candidate has 8+ years in Ayurvedic manufacturing, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of herbs and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of R&D experience in Ayurvedic/Herbal/Healthcare manufacturing.
• Ayurveda background is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, raw materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
