Job summary

Antal International, East Patel Nagar Delhi, is seeking a Head Candidate Acquisition & Sourcing Network to lead overseas manpower sourcing across India, building a reliable network to fulfil bulk requirements for skilled, semi-skilled and general workers within defined timelines. Education wise, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with MBA/PGDM advantageous but not mandatory.

Regular travel to sourcing states, 8–12 years of experience, and a competitive CTC of 14–18 LPA fixed plus

• Experience handling bulk requirements of 50–300+ workers.
• Strong Hindi and working English; regional language is an advantage.
• Proven multi-state sourcing network and team leadership.

• Build sourcing networks across multiple Indian states.
• Map labour markets, worker availability and wage expectations.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and document readiness.
• Hire, train and lead the sourcing team.

Role Overview

Lead overseas manpower sourcing across India, building a reliable network to fulfil bulk requirements for skilled,semi-skilled and general workers within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans for bulk manpower requirements.
• Build sourcing networks across multiple Indian states like Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, UP, MP
• Map labour markets, worker availability and wage expectations.
• Manage ITIs, skill centres, contractors, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, availability and document readiness.
• Ensure candidate commitment and interview attendance.
• Maintain a central candidate database and sourcing reports.
• Monitor sourcing partner performance, costs and quality.
• Build future candidate pipelines for priority sectors.
• Hire, train and lead the sourcing team.
• Conduct Character and police verification

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in overseas manpower sourcing for international recruitment.
• Proven experience handling bulk requirements of 50–300+ workers.
• Strong multi-state sourcing network and team leadership experience.
• Strong candidate engagement, negotiation and funnel planning skills.
• Experience with Excel/CRM, databases and MIS reporting.
• Strong Hindi and working English; regional language is an advantage.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical recruitment practices.

Preferred Experience

• Sourcing for European markets.
• Agriculture, food processing, construction, warehousing or hospitality.

Note:

Candidates with only domestic staffing, IT/white-collar recruitment, HR generalist or visa/immigration counselling experience will not be suitable.
