The incumbent is responsible for defining sourcing strategies, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and aligning team goals with organizational objectives. The role also emphasizes stakeholder engagement, digital process improvements, and delivering value across project sites through optimized procurement operations. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic Procurement ? Lead procurement for Rate Contracts or Frame Agreements ? Manage a spend of ?3500 Cr across segments. ? Support team performance through reviews and problem-solving. Strategic Initiatives ? Drive consolidation, standardization, and optimization of categories. ?
