Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) seeks a senior QA/QC leader based in Mumbai with extensive travel to project sites. You will own the quality function end-to-end, setting standards, audit processes, and ensuring contractor and vendor quality across projects nationwide and in Mumbai.

Required: BE Civil with 14–20 years of experience, proven implementation of quality management plans on site, and the ability to build a quality framework from scratch while coordinating with EPC leadership and

• Proven ability to implement quality management plans on site, not just documentation ownership.
• Strong depth in RCC/structural works, finishes, waterproofing, MEP interfaces, testing regimes, codes and standards.

Location : Mumbai. Extensive travel to project sites

Reports to : Head of EPC

Team : QA/QC function across all projects

Experience : 14 to 20 years

Education : B.E. Civil. Post-graduation or certification in Quality Management preferred

This role owns the quality function end to end: the standards, the audit machinery, the contractor and vendor quality bar, and the capability of the engineers who enforce it. The incumbent builds the system rather than inherits it, across plotted developments spread nationally and vertical projects in Mumbai.

Must have

• B.E. Civil, 14 to 20 years of experience
• Experience across the full construction cycle, not a single stage or a single project type.
• Demonstrated implementation of quality management plans at project sites, not just documentation ownership.
• Strong industry specific technical and technological depth: RCC and structural works, finishes, waterproofing, MEP interfaces, testing regimes and relevant codes and standards.
• Experience holding contractors to standard in a contractor driven execution model.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Preferred

• Post-graduation or certification in Quality Management.
• Exposure to both large scale horizontal or township developments and high-rise residential construction.
• Experience setting up a quality function or SOP framework from scratch.
