Job summary

Symphoni Hr is seeking a senior Programme Management professional in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to establish governance across packages and chair executive reviews for a high-value infra/energy/renewable project.

The ideal candidate holds BE/BTech with 20+ years of experience in program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure PMC services align with RASCI and deliver safe, on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech with 20+ years in program management for high-value infra/energy/renewable projects.
• Experience leading governance, escalation and executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance, decision gates, escalation protocols and reporting cadence across all packages.
• Chair executive progress, risk, interface and commissioning-readiness reviews with the Client and package leads.
• Direct resolution of cross-package issues affecting COD, energization, HOTO, safety, quality, contractual exposure or stakeholder approvals.
• Endorse recovery strategies, major risk treatment actions, strategic change recommendations and programme-level closeout positions.
• Ensure PMC services remain within the agreed RASCI framework and that Contractor/OEM execution accountability is not diluted.
• Represent PMC in high-level Client, utility and stakeholder engagements requiring executive decisions
