Head Project Management Officer (PMO)

We are seeking an experienced Head Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead our end-to-end reinvention programs, which encompass process transformation, technology implementation, and GCC enablement. The successful candidate will own delivery across single or multiple workstreams, ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and yield measurable business outcomes. This role acts as the single point of accountability between business leadership, IT teams, and partners, driving governance, execution discipline, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program roadmap, milestones, and delivery plan (pilot + waves).
• Manage multiple workstreams: Op Model / Process transformation, Technology implementation, GCC/operating model transition.
• Set up and run program governance (SteerCo, PMO, status tracking, escalations).
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and budget.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology delivery.
• Drive stakeholder management across leadership, functions, and geographies.
• Ensure quality of deliverables (process, system, data, reporting).
• Oversee testing, go-live readiness, and stabilization.
• Track KPIs and business outcomes (cost, efficiency, adoption).
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making at pace.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10-15 years of total experience in program/project management.
• Proven experience managing large transformation programs (process + technology).
• Experience handling multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to GCC/shared services/operating model transformation preferred.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (CXO/leadership).
• Strong program governance, risk management, and delivery management skills.
• Experience in EPC/infrastructure/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments.
