Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience with at least 3-5 years in a P&L ownership role
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and managing cost structures in a digital or content business
• Hands-on experience building and presenting AOP, forecasts, and investor/leadership reports
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Experience structuring and closing partnerships with measurable revenue or audience impact
• Strong command of unit economics: CAC, LTV, contribution margins, and burn rate management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L for the digital platform: revenue targets, cost structures, margin improvement, and burn management
• Define and execute pricing strategy across advertising, content, and partnership revenue streams on the digital platform
• Evaluate content investment decisions through an ROI lens; build frameworks to measure and optimize content performance
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that drive audience growth and monetization
• Lead financial forecasting, AOP preparation, and monthly/quarterly reporting for leadership and investors
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Content, Product, Growth, and Finance teams to execute the commercial roadmap
• Track unit economics and identify levers to improve CAC, LTV, and contribution margins at scale

Position Overview

This role carries full P&L ownership for the company's digital content platform, with direct accountability for revenue growth, cost discipline, and profitability. The leader will shape pricing strategy, evaluate content investment ROI, forge high-value partnerships, and drive unit economics improvement - while aligning cross-functional teams across Content, Product, Growth, and Finance toward a shared commercial vision.
