Pocket FM seeks a business finance expert to lead planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making in Bengaluru. You will build investment cases, work with leaders on strategic initiatives, and develop MIS dashboards to drive profitability and scale.

CA or MBA (Finance) with 2–4 years of hands-on modelling and forecasting experience is required; background in high-growth media/streaming is a plus.

• CA or MBA (Finance) with a strong foundation in business finance and strategic thinking.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Sharp financial acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Business-first mindset—finance as a lever for scale, not just control.
• Experience in high-growth consumer-tech, media-tech, or streaming businesses is a strong advantage.

About the Role

We’re looking for a business finance expert to drive business planning, performance analysis, and commercial decision-making. You’ll work on financial strategy behind our biggest bets: expanding storytelling formats, optimizing global content launches, scaling AI-powered production, and refining user acquisition economics. You’ll work directly with functional leaders, run point on key business cases, simplify complex trade-offs, and ensure we’re compounding in the right direction,

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in financial modelling , forecasting tools, and performance tracking frameworks
• A business-first mindset — someone who can see finance as a lever for scale, not just control
• Bias for action — thrives in ambiguity and solves problems with a first-principles approach
• Experience in high-growth consumer-tech, media-tech, or streaming businesses is a strong advantage
