Job summary

Omam Consultants invites applications for a senior role overseeing cement plant operations in Rajasthan. The incumbent will drive strategy planning, production and process management, maintenance leadership, quality control, safety, and cost control while steering a large operations team.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 20+ years of integrated cement plant experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, analytical, and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive cement plant operations experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes, QC procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
